Appointments
We know you have many choices when choosing a Dentist in New Iberia, LA so we have made requesting an appointment a simple process via our Web site.  Kindly give 48 hours notice if you need to cancel an appointment.

Insurance and Billing
We accept most insurance plans, but please contact our office to verify the acceptance of your plan. As a courtesy to you, we will file insurance claims with your insurance company for reimbursement, as long as you are free to choose your own dentist. Charpentier Family Dentistry does not participate in Medicare nor Medicaid. We accept checks, cash,money orders or credit cards. We also offer interest free financing though Care Credit. Please see Holly or our Office Manager for details. We are a provider for Delta Dental Premier.

We have Flat Screen Televisions in each room so that patients can watch their favorite show while they are being treated. We offer fast digital x-rays and intra-oral pictures which can be viewed by both the patient and the doctor on the television screens. This enables you, the patient, to clearly see what is happening in your own mouth, so that you can be an active participant in your treatment.
